Design isn't a phase, it's an ongoing discipline
In a lot of projects, design is treated as a phase: you finish it, then move on to development. At Desplyne, we prefer to treat it as a discipline that runs through a product's entire life.
A well-considered interface at launch can age badly if no one questions it afterward. Design continues after launch — in every adjustment, every piece of usage feedback.
That means designers and developers stay involved together long after version one, instead of handing off just once.
