Why we build our own products before helping others
Most technology studios start by selling time. We chose to start by building — our own tools, our own products — before offering that same discipline to others.
That choice comes from a simple belief: you can't design well for other people if you've never carried the full weight of a product, from the first sketch to the person using it every day.
Building for yourself imposes a different kind of discipline. There's no client to blame for a bad decision — only the team, and the product that results from it.
That's the discipline we now bring to every engagement we take on.
